<P>　　据了解，由于我们这个成长博客二区服务器容量以及维护等问题，加上频频受到网络黑客的攻击，防护能力比较脆弱，因而经常出现日志和评论发表不成功等现象。据可靠消息,估计一段时间后，管理中心会将成长博客二区与一区合二为一，实现优质网络资源完全整合，即二区的博客全部都要迁往一区(由管理员统一搬迁)。现在的成长博客一区经过调整，服务器已经很稳定了，功能较齐全。建议二区的朋友们先可在一区注册建个新家，熟悉一下操作方法，以便今后更加顺畅地参与网络交流活动。（合并方案以及日志搬迁方案网站管理中心正在研究制定之中）</P>

  	<title><![CDATA[评苏格拉底“产婆术”的实质]]></title>

    <description><![CDATA[<div><P><SPAN>　　古希腊哲学家苏格拉底的母亲是一个接生婆。他从小跟着母亲到别人家去接生，帮助递递器械，打打下手。这一段生活经历在苏格拉底的心中留下了深刻的印象。后来，他从助产中得到了启迪，创立了一种教育方法。他称其为“产婆术”。 <BR>　　在当时的雅典，人们普遍认为智慧是天生的。苏格拉底则认为，知识和美德是能通过受教育而得到的，唯一的困难是缺少既懂美德的概念又能将它教给别人的人。尽管他认为自己没有智慧，不足以施教于人，但却甘愿去尽一个社会道德教师应尽的义务。经常同青年交往接触，教育引导他们。在实践中，苏格拉底形成了一种很独特的教育方法，其基本原则是；回答问题必须非常简洁，明快干脆。回答对方所提出的问题，不能是提出别的问题，不许反对对方的问法。两个人可以相轮换提问，但须双方都同意。这种方法包含有辩证的色彩，能帮助对方纠正错误观念并产生新的艺术。整个过程仿佛产婆帮助孕妇生产下婴儿一样。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>　　它分四个步骤。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>　　一是讥讽，即通过不断提问，使对方陷入自相矛盾之中，承认对这个问题一无所知。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>　　二是助产，就是帮助对方抛弃谬见，使他们找5U正确、普遍的东西。换句话说，就是帮助真理产生。苏格拉底曾经对朋友说；我母亲是产婆，我向她学到了接生术。所不同的是，她是肉体的接生者，我是智慧的接生者。</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>　　三是归纳，即从个别事物中找出共性，通过对个别善行的分析比较来寻找一般美德。</SPAN></P>

<P><BR>　　一天，苏格拉底和一个非常自负的、名叫尤苏戴莫斯的青年讨论人需要不需要学习，学习时需要不需要请教师的问题。其中有一段涉及到正义与非正义，苏格拉底写下δ和α（分别是希腊文正义与非正义的第一个字母），然后问道：虚伪应放在那一边。</P>
<P>尤：显然应放在非正义一边。</P>
<P>苏，那么欺骗呢?</P>
<P>尤：当然是非正义一边。</P>
<P>苏：偷盗呢?</P>
<P>尤：同上面一样。</P>
<P>苏：奴役人呢?</P>
<P>尤；也是如此。</P>
<P>苏：看来这些都不能放在正义一边了。</P>
<P>尤：如果把它们放在正义一边，简直是怪事了。</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P>（以上是引导学生自己举例，从中他发现了学生的错误，但，却不直接说出，而是顺着学生的思路往下推导——）</P>

<P>苏：那么，如果一个被推选为将领的人，率领部队去奴役一个非正义的敌国，能不能说他是非正义的呢?</P>
<P>尤：当然不能。</P>
<P>苏：那么他的行为是正义的了?</P>
<P>尤；是的。</P>
<P>苏；倘若他为了作战而欺骗敌人呢?</P>
<P>尤：也是正义的。</P>
<P>苏：如果他偷窃、抢劫敌人的财物，他的所作所为不也是正义的吗？ <BR>尤：不错。不过开始我以为所问的都是关于我们的朋友呢。 <BR>苏：那么，前面我们放在非正义方面的事，也都可以列入正义一边了? <BR>尤：好象是这样。 <BR></P>
<P>苏：那么，我们是不是重新给它划个界线；这一类事用在敌人身上是正义的，用在朋友身上就是非正义的了。你同意吗? <BR>尤：完全同意。 <BR>苏，那么当战争处于失利而又无援的时候，将领发觉士气消沉，就欺骗他们说援军就要来了，从而鼓舞了士气。这种欺骗行为应当放在那一边呢？ <BR>尤：我看应敢在正义一边。 <BR>苏：小孩子生病不肯吃药，父亲哄骗他，把药当饭给他吃：，孩子因此恢复了健康。这种欺骗行为又该放在那一边呢? <BR>尤；我想这也是正义行为。 <BR>苏；又如，一个人想自杀，朋友们为了保护他而偷走了他的剑，这种行为该放在那一边呢? <BR>尤：同上面一样。 <BR>苏；可你不是说对朋友任何时候都要坦率无欺吗? <BR>尤：看来是我错了。如果您准许的话，我愿意把说过的话收回。</P>

<DIV><SPAN><B>赳赳武夫</B>: 武夫回逸风学士：&nbsp; &nbsp;是啊，在中国，还可以找出很多很多的理由，来“证明”民主制度不适合中国。并且，很多很多的国人对此深信不疑。&nbsp; &nbsp;这正是我所忧心如焚的！</SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN></SPAN>&nbsp;</DIV>　　有缺陷不等于不适合，准确地说，是“不完全适合”。<BR>　　不是不能学，而是不能全盘接受、照搬照抄。<BR>　　要勇于承认有些民主实现方式的缺陷！！！<BR>　　普及民主意识，要“在原则问题上，坚决不能走样！”激赏！<BR>　　但，有一点一定要说在前头，打好预防针——让民众知道，没有哪一种民主实现方式是尽善尽美的，不要为了推崇民主而把民主美化得像社会改革的万能灵丹，要旗帜鲜明地宣扬“民主”比“专制”好得多，但也要实事求是地告诉民众，“民主”也是有缺陷的，不能包治百病。<BR>　　否则，期望过高则失望愈大，当真实行所谓“民主”取不到理想的效果时，就会适得其反。<BR>　　例如，东西德合并后东德人民也过上了“民主生活”，但，东德经济发展不如预期，许多问题还没能解决，部分东德民众又开始质疑起当初的选择了。再如马英九当初的高得票到如今的低满意度，这就是对“民主”有过高期待甚至不合理期待的反作用。</DIV><BR><BR><BR>引文来源&nbsp;&nbsp;<A href="http://blog.edu11.net/space.php?uid=13&amp;do=thread&amp;id=157&amp;page=2" target=_blank>民主体制真的不适合中国人吗？ - 生命化教育研究 - 1+1博客群组 - 话题 - 1+1教育博客 教育 家庭教育</A></div>]]></description>

<P><FONT size=3>　　我们向往民主，许多人都向往西方的民主体制，</FONT><FONT size=3>但我还是那个态度——</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　在借鉴“他山之石”之前，</FONT><FONT size=3>我们是否已经汲取了“前车之鉴”，以</FONT><FONT size=3>扬长弃短，为我所用？</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3></FONT>&nbsp;</P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　例如西方民主体制下的“分权而治”，其优点自不必说，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　但，能够全盘照搬吗？</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　对于它的弊端，你看到了吗？你可想到扬长避短的妙方了？</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3></FONT>&nbsp;</P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　不少人向往外国的制度，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　言必称举西方先哲，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　仿佛谈中国就会中封建余毒，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　论必及希腊英美，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　却很少观照自己的历史。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　</FONT><FONT size=3>其实，普世的东西不需要言必称苏格拉底柏拉图，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　前车之鉴，后事之师，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　让我们把眼光收回来吧，</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　从本民族的历史上溯，同样能够发现真理。</FONT></P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P><FONT size=3>　　许多人所推崇的三权分治等分权理念和实践，</FONT></P>
<P>　　我们中国在一千多年前可以说就“领教”过它的弊端了——</P></FONT></P>
<P style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: baseline; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'"><FONT size=3>　　北宋时期，为了防止宰相的专权，国家在宰相之下又设参知政事，并以枢密使、三司使分取宰相的军事大权和财政大权。在中书、枢密二府之外又有台谏，在州郡长官之外又设通判，使彼此互相牵制。<BR>　　虽然，这是封建王朝背景下为巩固王权的做法，但其所体现的理念是不是与现在西方的行政、立法、司法三权分立异曲同工？</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: baseline; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'"><FONT size=3>　　可就是这种看似能够起到相互制衡作用的分权而治，却导致当时的官僚机构越来越臃肿难行，在遇到重大的政治问题和军事问题时彼此争论不休，却很难制定有效的对策。结果，造就的便是中国历史上对外特别软弱的一个统一王朝。<BR>　　于是，“宋人议论未定，兵已渡河”便成了后人对于他们的尖锐讽刺。</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="VERTICAL-ALIGN: baseline; TEXT-INDENT: 22pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: '宋体'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'">新学期以来，东山一线老师突然发现，自己教室的“学生”增加了，课堂里三天两头就会出现不速之客。而且，来的不是本校的教务主任、教研主任就是校长，不是进修学校的教研员就是教育局的工作人员。像阮局长这样进课堂当“学生”的镜头在东山中小学是屡见不鲜，翻开教育局朱华彬、张爱玲两位副局长的听课笔记，你会发现上面满载着他们听课的足迹和思考：9月12日听前楼中学听黄培忠老师执教的《山中避雨》，9月16日到大产小学听李林福老师执教的《圆的面积》，9月17日上午到西埔中学听林振东老师执教的《同底数幂的除法》，下午到探石小学听潘如英老师执教的思品课《不屈的中国人》，9月19日听宅山中心小学方碧端老师的《爬山虎的脚》……“课题的引入与语文课衔接，很有课程整合的意识，思路很好！”“简单的一问一答，答案就在课文里，学生兴趣缺缺，显得被动，看来是教学策略的问题”、“本堂课的主要问题有两个，一是容量密度不高，二是对习题训练要素挖掘不深，整节课学生动脑的机会不多”、“本节课内容相对不难，教师急于给出答案反而剥夺了学生思考的权利！应尽量让学生去探索、去归纳”“从屈辱的中国人到自豪的中国人，能适时加入北京奥运的元素，强烈对比，容易激发情感，教师把握到了”……简明扼要的“反馈意见”，反映出的是敏锐的目光和专业的思考，这不是走马观花地“巡视”，而是深入教学纹理的探问和追寻。</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial'; mso-spacerun: 'yes'"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
